Colfax Canvas was created to celebrate world-class art in the heart of the Aurora Cultural Arts District. Since its inception in 2020, artists who connect with the East Colfax Corridor have collaborated to form its visual boundary. In 2021, the neighborhood received a prestigious Colorado Creative Industry designation and in 2025 formed Aurora, Colorado’s Downtown Development Authority. Our mission to represent the diversity of our neighborhood in its art and artist selection process, ensures the spirit of this fest will continue to thrive for generations to come.
